Posted on April 7, 2014

How To View Outbox In Outlook Web Mail from exchange 2010?

Outlook Web App (OWA) provides two distinctly different interfaces, Premium or Light. By Design, Exchange 2010 OWA with premium interface does not display the Outbox.

The OWA Light interface has the option to view the outbox folder. The following steps bring you to access the outbox folder in OWA 2010.

Method-I

  1.     Navigate to your OWA website.
  2.     At the login screen, check the box for “Use the light version of Outlook Web App”
  3.     Enter email address and password and click Sign in.
  4.     In left navigation click “Click to view all folders”
  5.     Select Outbox in drop down list.
  6.     Click the green box with the white arrow
  7.     You will now have an Outbox listed in the left navigation to view.
